Keith Cephus, an IFPO Member since 1989, is a photographer truly ahead of his time. In less than five years, over 4,500 of his photos have been published nationally in the fashion and beauty industry. With thirty national magazine covers to his credit, including national advertisement from John Paul Mitchell Systems, Softsheen, Olster Products and Regis, Cephus is one of the most sought after beauty photographers in the country.
With his uncanny ability to capture the essence of beauty, Cephus' celebrity clientele include: Songstress superstar Toni Braxton, Donnie Simpson, Iman, Teddy Riley and Shemar Moore of The Young and the Restless.
"The John Paul Mitchell Systems advertising shoot in Atlanta, Georgia was the biggest of my career. Photos from that assignment have been featured in magazines such as American Salon, Modern Salon, Hype Hair, Shop Talk and Essence. In addition, the photos have been produced into posters, mailers and promotional pieces, distributed to salons nationally and internationally. The two day grossed my company $7,000 plus $2,000 in first time usage from sales.
The launching of my exclusive postcard "Fatherhood" was another major accomplishment. Showcased in gift shops in twelve states, Fatherhood postcard made national news when endorsed by famed attorney Johnnie Cochran." Keith Cephus
